GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ​Sell residential real estate
  • ​Convert leads
  • Show properties to perspective buyers
  • ​Negotiate purchase contracts
  • ​Host open houses & other events
  • ​Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
  • ​Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
  • ​Verify and disclose property facts to clients

QUALIFICATIONS

  • ​Has an active real estate license or currently in the process of obtaining one in real estate school
  • ​Highly self-motivated individuals with a drive to be successful in real estate
  • Those who are teachable and coachable
  • ​Someone with a passion for helping others
  • ​Ability to work nights and weekends to meet client needs
  • ​Team attitude
  • ​1 Year customer service (Preferred)
